Sharks and Owls

Here is a project(s) for the latest Lost Coast Challenge:  Silhouettes.  I created two cards for this challenge.

I had two sets of Carri's Menagerie stamps - owls and sharks.  I couldn't decide which to use, so I made a card with each and decided to show you both of them.  These stamp sets are so darn cute and there are a bunch of them to chose from.

So for the Sharks card, I used a piece of Yupo paper that I had colored with yellow and green alcohol inks.  I stamped it lightly with the Doodle Circles Background and some distress ink.  I then stamped my sharks directly onto my paper using StayzOn black ink.  I edged the card with black ink and then stamped Out of Order, one of the Carmen's Veranda clear stamps, onto my square and edged it with black.  I affixed that above my sharks and there is a fun card done!

I created these 4 ATCs for the January 2019 Lost Coast Designs challenge:  Anything Goes.

These were made using the ATC Misc. 6 Set of background stamps and the Sketchy Cone and Sketchy Lily flowers all of which can be found at the Lost Coast Designs website.

Life's A Circus

Greetings and Happy New Year to everyone!  

I want to share a card I have made for the Lost Coast Designs "Anything Goes" Challenge which runs from January 1st to January 15th on the Lost Coast Portal to Creativity.

For this card, I have used the Circus Dog Set stamps and one of the clear saying stamps from Carmen's Veranda Wear A Cone.  I stamped the dog, ball and little platform with black ink onto white paper and cut them out.  I added some red marker to the platform and ball as you can see.  I attached my cut out stamps to a piece of yellow dotted scrap book paper that was layered with some white card stock.  I then stamped the saying with black ink onto white card stock and cut out the words.  I affixed those to my card front as shown. 

So this is really easy and something you  can make quickly if you find yourself in need of a card right away!
